Some Explanation please about Sandra

When I benchmark in the Memeory bandwidth, it give me my actual (3150+), my theoritical(?) (3300+) and my eff(94%)

Is my eff at 94% good? Why is it not 100%?

Would a GB motherboard with the ram running at FSB give better eff or worst?

yes, 94% is a very good efficency in my opinion. i dont' remember what mine is running at, unfortunately, i believe it was in the high 80's... i have changed some stuff since then and will have to check that out tonight.
