the delta fan is loud as |-|ell! well it is a great little hsf and you can put a 80mm quiet fan on it! it is big too!

You need a grill for the 80mm fan. Then you mount the fan with the grill on the bottom, facing the heatsink and hook the retention clips into the grill.

actually you dont' need a grill. just stretch the clips that hold your delta on, and clip it to the holes on the corner of your 80 mm fan. nothing fancy about it. just stretch till it fits. it's worked for a lotta ppl already. :)
