ok when i raise my fsb over 166 i can run it for a while but after like the fifth time i re-boot it i get this,

Could not start because the following is missing or currupt:
\WINNT\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYEMced
file cannot be repared here enter win2k boot disc and press ,r, to repair,

i dont have an emergency repair disc and i dont know how to repair it in the repair console, but thats not the point i'd rather prevent this and keep my fsb @ 175 the cpu seems really stable i burned it in with sandra and theres not file corruption within windoz only when i reboot
i always get the same currupted file, which leads me to think it might be preventable,
any help/suggestions would be REALLY appreciated,

IDE controller, hard drive, memory or CPU is not able to handle the bus speed you're giving it and it's corrupting the data. More than likely, it's the hard drive.

Nothing you can do about it short of trying another drive (or other hardware depending on which it is).
