Last one I had reported 10C over the real bios temp, had me running, ordered arcticsilver, and got two more fans,, just because of the dang thing.

Motherboard Monitor is for free as far as I know.
It shows the same temps as my bios....

Wouldn't any monitoring program work off the existing sensors? I am a service tech and in my field I've found the problem mostly lies in the miscalibration of the probe ie. resistance. So that why im working with my stock mobo program even though it sucks.

You might want to have a look at benchtest (http://www.benchtest.com/) for a program gp_Temp5 which will allow you to monitor thermistors via the game port. It takes a bit of time to setup and works best with 50-100k ohm thermistors, but I have had good luck with 10 k ohm thermistors.
