Hello,
Dose anyone know why I can’t set the X.5 multipliers on my 1900XP. When I set the multiplier to say 10.5 it always boot up to 10.0 I tried unlocking the CPU 3 times with the same result. Am I messing up the same bridge every time? Or is it the KR7A? My ideal setting that I want is to use is 164 X 10.5.

Your closing mod to the leftmost L1 bridge is probably at fault, it's either grounded to the sub-surface ground plane in the pit, or grounded to an adjacent grounded icon or lettering on the surface, or the closing material did not make a good connection because of an insulating film or other debris on the dot/s. Any one type of these failures would prevent the mobo/bios from resetting the default LO signal of the .5X Bit Value/signal circuit at 12X (.5X disabled) to an Enabling HI.
http://www.beachlink.com/candjac/index.htm link to "Multiplier Code" article to "understand" how it works. Then you'll be able to do your own "fault modeling". The "Circuits" article has good explanation and pic of why grounded L1 can't be reset HI.
