Try using the CPU Stability Test utility found here (http://www.tweakfiles.com/diagnostic/cpustabilitytest.html). After only about 10 minutes of running its 'CPU Warming' function I have found it will heat my Tbird 1-2C more than Prime95 or the Sandra burn-in wizard and 3C or more than a 3D game like Unreal Tournament.

In fact I once ran a 16 bot UT server in a window, the Sandra CPU burn-in wizard, prime95 and CPU Stability Test all at the same time and my CPU didn't get any warmer than when running CPU Stability Test alone.

Prime95 is not hard to beat for warming your CPU. Waiting at the Network Login screen does a better job. I have to try that CPU Stability Test. Thanks for the tip.

Folding @Home worked best for me. The burn in test didn't seam to heat my cpu up as well as prime 95 or F@H. try running a few of these at the same time.

F@H was the most stressful for me by about 4 degrees

Where can I get Folding@home? I'll give it a try against CPU Stability Test for CPU warming.

Keep one thing in mind guys, don't limit yourself to one stress test. Use a wide variety. They all utilize different parts of the CPU, and you will get a better test for stability if you use multiple tests.

Right, just run Sandra burn-in, Heavyload and 3Dmark at the same time.
That will teach your CPU.

BTW: Heavyload and some other progz can be found here (http://www.octools.com/stability.html) (including stability test)
