I took the nvidia route and just put more power. I took away the 80mm fan and got 2 92mm 80cfm delta fans. I stacked them like this

the { is the mc462. That gave me 6.5c less. My mc462 is now rated .15 c/w
and keeps my tbird 650@1ghz/2.1vcore full load 37c (actual cpu temp) with
25c ambient. Looks like I'm all ready to put a 1.2axiar and run it at 1.5ghz.
