I'd say the WD is the faster drive.

Read more about it here

ATA133, as any new specification, is seeing very little improvement over the previous spec. Generally the only place that an ATA133 drive would outperform the WD SE drive is in a file > 8 MB and < 40 MB. An ATA133 can burst just slightly faster than an ATA100 drive, sustained data rates are hardly different. To take advantage of that, though, it would have to be larger than the drive's 8 MB cache. Files any smaller than that would be faster on the WD SE drive.

I don't see ATA133 as being a spec that will be worth much investment. ATA133 drives are still fairly hard to find and only the newest mobos support ATA133. Serial ATA is coming and will make ATA133 obsolete before it's even had a useful life. So I would say get the SE drive, all things considered.

I'd have to go with sickboy. I second what he says.
