mine.

I want to know if the google hack works on a computer using AOL. To make a long story short, I want to set up my parents computer for folding, but if I mess it up and they can't get online or have troubles then it'll be ugly...

anyone know if this'll work?

If not the google hack, then would there be any problems running FAH on the same computer? They use DSL to connect to the net, but are only signed on for 2-3 hours a day sometimes...

thanks

they have Verizon dsl, to connect they have to click on the connect icon on the desktop and enter their verizon password. They then use AOL to access the internet. (AOL is running for 2-3 hours a day, usually)

Their DSL connection times out/disconnects/ quits after a period of inactivity and has to be reconnected before you can access the internet again

I'm sure that FAH will store the units until a connection is detected, I'm just not sure of the compatibility between AOL and the google bar and FAH...any reassurances/warnings would be appreciated:)

there is a program for free that will make it look like you're using the internet so the ISP won't disconnect you, if you search you might it. I think what it does is it pings some website from time to time so it makes it look like there's traffic.
