Hi.

Im wonder if anyone have a "Samsung 21" 1100P+" monitor, and can tell me if its any good. I wanna know the max hz at every resulution above 800x600 :)

I saw one of these a couple of months ago and was very disappointed by the picture quality. Its as bad as I've seen on any name brand monitor. Make sure you see one with your eyes before you buy.

For the refresh rate specs I'm going to recommend you check out the Samsung website.
