Anyone know how to wire Delta38 to monitor fan RPM?

I have a Delta38 on my hsf and I understand its better to use it with a 3 to 4pin adaptor plugged into the psu insted of mobo.

Does anyone know how to wire it so you can still monitor the RPM?

you will have three leads coming out of the fan you will need to cut the 12v and neg to splice to teh 4pin molex connector. the third will remain on the little three prong connector and plug that into your mobo. should work liek a charm then.
