A company is giving me a deal on trading my OLD p3 chip with board (same one in my sig) along with 256 mb of sd ram and my stand powersupply FOR:

a Intel Pentium 4 1.8a
256 DDR Ram PC2100
New Asus P4s333-M board
Dual Fan power supply

OR

a AMD ATHLON XP 1600+
Asus A7S333 board
256 ddr ram pc2100
Dual FAn power supply

Now I'll have to pay a $300 Canadian fee for the trade in so about $170 american. My question is it worth it? please reply

I would go with the AMD setup, but then I noticed that it's A7S333

Get the Intel.

I would also go with the intel settup. Pretty good deal too.

It is not an Asus, but a MSI with a 645DX chipset, which I would consider inferior to the aforementioned mainboard.
