what happen?

i am using athlon 2000xp.the cpu is locked.the mobo is MSI KT4V and memory is TWINMOS PC-2700 512MB DDRAM.i want to know why i cannot set fsb higher than 136?eventhough the cpu is locked but at least i will get 140 but not.i already increase the vcore to 1.85v and the ddram voltage to 2.8v but same.dunno the cpu or the ram hold me back.anyone can set better fsb with a locked cpu?

It could be several things like PSU or ram timings. You would probably get a better response in MSI motherboards.
