Nice project, just make sure you have a big enough radiator outside, to cool off your liquid, and make sure to use antifreeze in the winter :)

I suppose you are goung to use hoses to pump the fluid around through, so there will be alot of feet of hoses, so make sure your pump can cope with that and the head, then you should be fine.

Mineral oil has lousier thermal properties than water -and you can't use water. There's also a question of whether the tiny CPU core being able to disperse heat properly without the aid of a heatsink (submerged? without a pump pushing fluid at it?). Maybe you can talk to the guy who has a dad in the 3M division that makes Flourinert.
