i want to find the doc that shows you how to increase the RPM of a p4 heatsink fan. i know the thread exists somewhere, i just cannot find it.
if anyone can remember, could they possibly post the link?

To do this you have to overvolt the fan and I strongly advise you just to buy a new heatsink and fan combo because a fan dies out FAST when it's overvolted. Because 12v - 17v = 70% increase.
