Ok here's the story...

I was messin' around last night with my 2400 with voltage and clock speed... The highest I went to was 153x15 with Vcore at 1.9 (stock - 1.650) and Vdimm at 2.7 (stock - 2.5)... couldn't get it up so I said screw it and set it back to 133x15 with stock voltages. Saved it to CMOS, Windows XP started loading, and within 6 seconds bam, blue screen. Hm, that was odd, restarting... blue screen. Tried it today... blue screen. What happened here and can I fix it? This sucks.

Some things to note...

Temps didn't get above 43C.
I only messed with Vcore, Vdimm, and CPU clock speed.
I have 512MB PC3200 (Corsair XMS)

What motherboard were you using? It sounds like you may have corrupted your hard drive and need to reformat/reinstall.

I have an Epox 8K5A2... yea, I'm thinking I should reformat.

How do I reformat? Never done it before without Windows.

you could use a win98 boot disk if your using FAT32, it's been a while since i went through all the motions so i can't remember all the commands.

you can download a boot disk from here (www.bootdisk.com)

I don't have any floppies... but I have my Windows XP installation disk, so is there anyway I can manually or through BIOS format the HDD? The Installation disk doesn't do anything.

Double check everything. Go into the bios and select "Load defaults" then config the default speed, voltage, and timings and see if that works.

Okey, I double checked, set it to Fail-Safe defaults... still blue screened. I'm formatting now. No biggie, freshly installed the other day anyway. Nothing important on it.
