Are there any Good althon mp Heat sinks or do they use regular socket a HS

You can use any regular socket A heatsink for an MP. The SK-6 is probably one of the best out there. 1coolpc.com has the SK-6 with a quiet 80mm fan that is just as good as a very noisy 60mm 7000rpm fan.
