My 156W Pelt and a PSU

My pelt on dangerden.com is rated at vmax=15.6v and imax=16.1a. Now, if I ran this thing at 12v and 20a, would I blow this thing or would I still be somewhat safe? What would running it at, say, 12v and 12a do? I need help, I am sick with passions of cooling this badboy.

12 volts is fine. You won't get the maximum Delta T. The pelt will draw the only the current it needs.
