guys, can I use permatex sensor-safe, BLUE RTV SILICONE-gasket maker for sealing the motherboard, tnx

I have used silicone bathtub caulk. that works good also.

i would suggest dielectric grease, much easier to clean up

Actually...

I tried to fill my socket with dielectric grease once instead of silicone , and was greated with a NO POST. After cleaning the gook out of the socket and cleaning , it POSTED just fine.
