yep! just be careful with the clip, its stiff.

That is a great HSF for an Athalon. The P3 just does not put out enough heat to justify such a loud fan. I would probably replace the fan on that that sink with somethig in the 25-30 cfm range instead of the Delta 38cfm screamer.
