Maxi-Jet 1200

How good is the Maxi-Jet 1200? Its a 295 GPH mag drive unit and costs about $16. Does anyone have any experience using this pump? I have herd good things about this pump but I want to hear more opinions.

This is the pump I used in my watercooled system. Works fine and is quiet. It came highly recommended for stability. I paid $32 locally for it.

Great I am looking for a pump that isn't to expensive. I can get one for about $20 online but I'll look locally so I can get it sooner. Almost forgot what size are the fittings? If they aren't 3/8 then what did you rig up for an adapter.

i use it as as inline pump with a reservoir attached .. and you can get it at petwarehouse.com for 15.95 plus shipping.. got mine in like 5 days...
good pump, quiet too..

Thanks guys I just ordered a Maxi-Jet 1200 online for $21.54 shipped. I would love to get a Danier or Eheim but they cost way to much.
