I am full loading @ 39C-40C, and i want to go higher!

If you mean you want to try for a higher overclock. By all means, GO FOR IT! :)
It looks like you've got the heat dept. under control. The only question is. How much higher will the Duron allow?

Go look at the specs of the duron CPU at www.amd.com (http://www.amd.com) the file says something about the max die temp, make sure you stay under this with quite a margin and you will be allright. Also note that CPU temps can rise rapidly with only a minor voltage boost. 8-)

I forgot to mention i want to raise my voltage to around 2v, and my chip up to around 1080+.
Would my cooling be sufficient or will i need to buy a svc golden gate or something like that?

My Duron 650 gets pretty warm at 2.0 V and 1001mhz. I'm running a custom water cooled setup. My idle is around 30C and my Full load is around 48C.
