Temps are tooooo HIGH

I have a vantec FCE 6030D with a 7k fan. (LOUD)!! The temps for cpu are 45C and MB temp is 35C. Is that too hot for a T-bird 850? Is there something wrong with the 850 Athlons because i changed it two times and they are the same temps. I have 1 80mm intake fan and two small exaust 40mm fans. I don't have space for a 80mm fan in the back. Don't want to cut holes. Do you think that i need a more stronger intake fan?(Sunon or Panaflo)??

With it being summer your best bet is to try and cool down your computer area. That is the best thing you can do. But other than that 45' is just fine.
