I used to keep one around, but it has long since been lost. I have a soyo board… there HAS to be a way to flash this thing without spending an hour searching my house for a floppy drive.
What about flashing it from a bootable CD-RW?
Some manufacturers have utilities to let you flash form Win now, I don't know about Soyo.

Here's a site that talked about it. LINK (http://www.nu2.nu/bootcd/)
From my memory, I think you can put what you need into the folder "cds\cdromsi\files\" (like the bios flash program and the bios update itself). Then you take that other program on the site and it copies whats in that folder into a CD-ROM image that you can burn onto your CD. There might be more work involved in installing the programs etc.
on my mobo you can do it from windows. but i think you can just put the files directly in c:\
