Detached heatsink-help

Well I just transported a ti200 and when I put it in the red color would not display. I found a heatsink was missing upon examination adn found it outseide the house. Any ideas on how to reattach it?

i attach all my heatsinks with normal epoxy mixed in with artic silver. i use about all equal amounts of hardner,resin, and artic. try a few tests. if you mix it right it will be strong but still posible to get the heatsink off

thermal interface pads are very good as is Arcit silver epoxy but however the latter of these is very permenant so be carefull.
