Does anyone want to work with me to make SuperPi (It finds pi) a benchmarking standard, at the 1m digit range? I was thinking of having a MySQL server store your score, and the data. It would then check the data to a known data, and if it is equal, it allows it, if it isn't, it doesn't and replies saying it is not correct. What do you think? I have an available MySQL database.

doesn't superPI only rely on raw Mhz (or Ghz) to calculate PI? if it does then it wouldn't be very accurate to compare a Athlon XP to a P4.
either way, i'll install superPI later and see what time i get for 1M.

It would also use the FPU speed, since it basically does raw mathematics. If anyone knows SQL very well, or even intermediately, I need help setting up an interactive database.
