Holes for cooling

Should I use a 4.5 inch Hole Saw for 120mm fans and 3 inch for 80mm fans?

That would work quite nicely. They would be about 115mm and 77mm respectively, which is what you want. Just think that one inch is approx. 2.57 cm.
