"New" Thermaltake heatsink?

I found this and haven't seen any reviews of it so far. Has anyone? Anyways, just wanted to let those who might find it interesting.

Yeah see if you can find a few reviews. Im not a great big fan of Thermaltake, but their normal heatsinks seem to be alright. I'm just wondering if they have figured out how to make the copper inserts better fitting then their last few attempts. But the looks of that pic of the bottom of the HSF it looks like they haven't made any headway, you can see a gap all the way around the HSF. Hopefully it's just a beveled edge and it's the shadow I see.....
