I have yet to see a huge HSF review that was not flawed in testing procedure let alone the fact that they all seem to rely on the socket thermistor to measure temperatures. Joe drills out the HS and places a thermistor over the CPU die per AMD specs. There is no pro overclockers.com bias in this, just the facts.

What he's saying is if you check http://www.overclockers.com/ 's homepage you'll see a link to heatsink reviews. http://www.overclockers.com/topiclist/index15.asp#HEATSINK REVIEWS AND TIPS

There they are. I realize you want a complete side by side article, but overclockers.com has a very refined technique for testing the efficacy of heatsinks. You can get a very good idea of how each heatsink performs in relation to the others by using their numbers.
