I will be getting a KT333 motherboard sometime after XMas, but i will be getting some DDR ram as a present for XMas, this is comming in preparation for a phase-change system i will be working on.

I need some ram that is guaranteed to do at least 180mhz (360DDR) CAS2 or 200mhz (400DDR) CAS2.5. The ram also needs to be cheap, i know i can get a 256mb OCZ or Kingston stick for under 100$ But i have heard mixed results with these brands. i have heard very good things about the Samsung PC2700 sticks...but these are only rated at 166mhz CAS2.5...

So, if anyone could please recomend me a stick of 256mb DDR ram that will do 180mhz CAS2 OR 200mhz CAS2.5 for under 100$, it would be greatly apriciated(sp?).

Kingston also has some comparable stuff to that, called like Hyper something, has blue heatspreaders. You might want to look into that, just to see all your options and consider cost as well.
