I have a similar setup, and my 431w Enermax gets me along fine just fine. You miiiiight be able to get away with a high quality 350w, but I wouldn't reccomend it.

First off the Sparkle and the FSP are the same thing. FSP owns Sparkle. Secondly the FSP/Sparkle 350W unit has the same 3.3+5V output and greater total output than the 431 Enermax. There is no doubt the FSP/Sparkle will power your rig in fine fashion.

Yea you should be fine with a quality 350 Watt, My friend has the exact system as you except with a Raedon 9000 Pro and 30GB, 40GB, 15 GB and 2 80GB hard drives. He also has 3 CD-burners and a DVD, and 2 Dual CC's and another NIC. And he runs all that on a 350Watt Enermax...
