alright, with my account i get 70mb of space online...how can i make it so i can host pictures and stuff like that?

have your tried to simply upload the files and then make a link? so if your webspace is (using mine for example)
http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~mbentley/
then when you upload a file it would be
http://web.ics.purdue.edu/~mbentley/filename.extension
i think this is what you wanted to know... sorry if not :D

you just log into the ftp with your username/password and upload the files into the public html dir :)

ftp://username:password@your.isphere.com "or" 123.456.789.3

http://123.456.789.3/public_html/pic.jpg

alright, im currently using frontpage...and im trying to make it so the site is like yours mbently..but everytime i do it, all it shows is this...

His is not actualy a page he made, rather its a list of all the files and folders creater by the rig thats hosting it.
