Did it test like Powmax PSUs, where it could withstand shorts just dandy but couldn't put out its full rated power? I wonder if a better deal would be a 450W Fortron from Directron.com.

it appears to be a souped up powmax designed to robanton specs... in the review it outdid a antec 430w. for 79.00 it seems to be a good deal
