Question on new Nero

I recently installed the newest version of Ahead's Nero. Whenever I start it, there's the Nero Express. Does anyone know how to turn of Express so that I can work with the normal program I used to in older versions?

then make a shortcut to your desktop by right-clicking/send to/ desktop/
