A New Newegg Supporter

Just ordered a Netgear router and I must say NewEgg is tough to beat. I now know why it is such a highly remarked reseller, and I willdefinetely buy from there again!:D:D Also, try out ENPC.com, not as good as NewEgg, but it definetly runs a clooooose second, :)

I RMAed a A7n8x on the 12th and they refunded me 100% of the price. They didn't even take off for the 15% restocking fee. Viva la Newegg!

Screw Newegg. I wouldn't buy from them if they paid me. They shafted me so hard today, I think they broke it off. I'm sure most people have had good experiences with them, but when you get raped, you tend to remember it.

Anyone know of another place that's decent for ordering online from?

You are the first person I have ever heard complain about New Egg. I personally ordered a Refurb Motherboard and got one that was still sealed in the antistatic bag with all accessories. I ordered it with a case and shipping only took 3 days (Calif. to Alabama). What exactly happened to you?

Newegg really is a great company. This is where I almost exclusively order my parts from and when building systems for others. Its the only site where I feel comfortable enough to just place the order and then not have to worry about any potential problems with them sending the parts(ex out of stock or something).

Storm what happened? I'm sure other members here would like know. I've bought thousands of $ woth of parts from newegg and never had any problems. RMA is no hassle and quick, CS is the best I've ever incountered.
