Cannot oc my 9500 pro

i use Powerstrip 3.3 to overclock, but no matter how small the increament of frequence on ram or core, blue death of screen is the only result.. oh i am using driver 2.4..please help.

P.s. without oc, this card can loop 3dmark 20 times fine.

a few people are having the same problem some are even suggesting that the card is "clock locked" and it cant be overclocked all this in the tast 3-4 days... check out the i just got my 9500pro thread... if you are considering returning the card cause it can oc give it a week to a week in a half i bet its just some software compatibility problem...
