has anyone tried X-Setup for overclocking...? i have a ti4200 with the latest Nvidia driver... i was just playing around with X-Setup this morning and i found an "enable overclocking" option... so i clicked it, restarted and sliders were added to the Nvidia properties... so now i just uninstalled PowerStrip...

All that did was add the "Coolbits" registry entry into your registry. It comes packaged with all nVidia drivers, it's just "hidden". Most people won't use Coolbits because it's easy to max it out. Stay with Powerstrip, I would personally use RivaTuner... but, to each their own.

what do you mean by easy to max out...?

he means with coolbits you can't raise the clock speed that high, with Rivetuner or powerstrip you can get a higher overclock.
