here is a summary of my case fans:
3 at front
3 at back
1 at top
1 on right side pannel (facing the front of case)
3 on left side pannle (facing the front of case)

now here is my question. On the left side pannel there is 2 fans sucking air over the video card and out of the case and 1 larger fan sucking air from the cpu, northbridge and memory area. My fan on my heatsink blows down, so should the 1 big fan on the side pannel blowing on the cpu area blow or suck? should all three fans blow? or should they all suck like the way i have it set up now. Please take into consideration that the front bottom fans blow in and the back fans blow out.

I would say blow. This could be my imagination, but if you were sucking air from that area, you would be pulling hot air out, and whileits going on its way out, it gets sucked in by the fan on the hs.

Just try it both ways tho, no harm doing that.

Wow thats a lot a fans do you have to chain it down so it doesn't fly away :).

Seriously do you have two power supplies for that killer air cooled system?

I think I would have to agree with Paul. Try it both ways and see what your temps are. Thats how I did all of my fans.

doesn't seam to matter. I tried it both ways and got the same CPU:42C/107F MB:24C/ 75F

without the side wall at all the temps were
CPU:43C MB:25C

so just in case i left the big top fan blowing in because in a day or so my sk6 should be coming in with a delta 38 black lable. right now my cpu fan is not very powerful so i suspect that blowing in is a better possition

WAIT!! it did help! but not the cpu :) it dropped the video temp to 35C from 36C OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOoooooooooo! what a big gain. The video is a watercooled gts64meg

When you have a HUGE amount of airflow just keep a bit of positive pressure and it doesnt really matter on fan placement
