Global Win WBK38 with TIM?

Does anybody knows if the Global Win WBK38 already comes with phase change TIM (so that i dont have to buy thermal greese)?
How can i remove the TIM?

Buy the thermal grease and if it does come with a TIM, take it off. You will get better performance from the grease. Especially Artic Silver.

And performance is the whole point behind a copper cooler right?
