Max CPU upgrade for IBM ThinkPad 385ED

I've got an IBM 385ED laptop which has a PI 166MHz CPU in it. What is the max I can upgrade to? What about max RAM?

Never mind. IBM said this variant had the CPU soldered onto the MB.
