What is the best way to install molding for blowholes, like I see on the Xoxide cases and such. I figure it will cover up imperfect cutting and make the edges less sharp and look good. Do I glue it on? Thank for any advice.

I suppose it depends on what kind of molding you get.
I think the easiest way is just to get a small diameter rubber hose and take an X-acto knife and make a slit in it, then just place it on there. Then take just a little bit of super glue to bond the ends togther to make it nice and neat.
At least that's how i'm planning on doing mine.

you can buy little one side gasket molding in chrome and black at auto stores and places like that and use that sort of stuff just make it tight and you cant even see the crease wear the molding ends and meets

Look for Door Edge Molding at Autozone. It comes in black, gold, and chrome. Make sure you get the kind that's C-shaped in cross section. It's cheap and looks great.
Look for Trim Brite. Like Crazy Jayhawk said, it comes in various colors such as black, white, chrome etc. You want to get the one that has an opening in it so you can wrap it around both sides of the blow hole not the single sided molding.

But do I need adhesive at all? Or does it just stick on their by itself? Thanks for the suggestions. I was gonna get the Xoxide molding, it's $1.50 per foot. Is the Trim Brite less expensive?

auto door edge molding is the best!
it already has glue in the track, and you can always find it in black or chrome.
i got a car door edge, no glue... I just wrapped it tightly around (took me awhile but I managed) and everytime it would bend too much i'd use a knife and cut a little slit on the other side =) good luck
