I don't think the orb is the best air cooler for this monster. Look into getting a Low profile 1U CPU cooler for now if you want to go with air.

Do i need to get some Arctic ? Adhesive or is their a glue i can dilute with AS3?

I personally would use a real epoxy like the one you mentioned.
