cannot get 2-2-5-2

i am using 2 stick of 256mb twinmos pc-2700 CL2.5 ddram and mobo KT4V.the problem is when i set the memory timing to 2-2-5-2,the pc won't boot.i dunno what is the problem.maybe this is not a good ddram.one more thing i see ppl say got the CLK setting like +33 or +66 but i cannot find it.
 
If your pc isn't booting then you need to relax the timings. Increasing the Vdimm should help you maintain stability at aggressive timings but I wouldn't go over 2.9V. If your looking for some DDR that really overclocks Corsair is the best. Some XMS3200 would take you well beyond 200 MHz FSB. The only catch is its a bit expensive.
