I am using the top system in my sig , the athlon is unlocked .

I had it at 166 , with 5.2.1 divisor , the temps never got above 42 at full load , it runs prime fine , but crashes on 3dmark.

Any suggestions ?

Well since your temps are measured by the insocket thermistor they really are higher than what's being reported, still they are not that bad,you might try bumping up the voltage slightly, but keep and eye on those temps, that might stabalize it in 3Dmark.

How long did you run prime for? Just asking...

It could be a graphics card problem, but seeing as you have brought the AGP bus into spec, it should be fine. I would test it with other things, like the benchmark proggie in UnrealT2k3 (its in the demo i think) and other games, try hard graphics testing games and see what happens. run Prime for longer, you never know.

And also try the voltage (I just saw that at the bottom of the reply page! lol!)

I kept bumpimg the voltage until I gto to 1.85 .

I even bumped the Ram voltage up one notch.

I think the card is ok , I had been using it for a few months before with no problems.

I ran prime for about 2 hours.

maybe the divisor is not kicking in like its suppoised to-
It could be that your chip is just a bad ocer- it happens

How do you tell if the divisor is working ?
