Good fan for a heatsink but not as loud as a delta?

Not sure of just a fan, but the Millennium Glaciator is a pretty quiet fan and has really great performance.

I'd say the delta 30 cfm fan would probably be more than adequate for most cooling. The 38 is just gravy. (as long as you can take the loudness.)

...and I was planning to rip out the fan from a hair dryer.
