My Skt A bd doesnt see CDrom

Hello all, love this new forum format! Great job guys!!

Now, my Biostar mobo with KT133 via chipset (or is it kx, its the socket a version) just doesnt see my cdrom, and Ive heard of some driver to fix that. Havent seen one on the mobos homepage....any of you know where to go and get this? Ive already downloaded the Via 4in1 driver set....no help there.

Now, my Slot A mobo has essentially the same Via chipset but has no problem.

I dont have the same motherboard as you but it uses the same VIA Kt133 chipset. the instruction book for my mobo says if the cd-rom is an atapi type and is set as master, the mobo may not recognize it. It says to make it the slave drive.
