Need to tweak the Abit kt7 Raid !!

I would like to know everything i can do in bios to get the best of that Mobo ! Please help !

How far do you want to take it? Do you have good cooling? What procesor are you using? More comp background plz. . . But to get you started check out these links. . .

As for actually changing your multipliers and FSB seting, just press del during start up and start crusing around in there, the KT7 comes with some good BIOS software, I belive its softmenu III. Good luck! ;D

Its fairly easy to tweak this board out. Basically, go into bios and start enabling and changing settings so that it runs faster. ie 4-way interleaving on memory, faster ram timings, faster agp settings, etc...

btw, only change 1 or 2 things at a time, so if it freezes or does something else weird, you know what to change to make it work again.

Go to the KT7 FAQ at http://www.apushardware.com/faqs/kt7faq/faqmain.html . In the “Trouble Shooting” section go to “Bios” and read. At the end of this section there are links to sites with bios tweaking guides. Lots of good info. With a dedicated evening, you will have your board rocking.
