Hey Yes,
I have a new AMD 2400+ On a GigaByte-XP That I don't really know what it's limit is. I mean like what the limit is. So it life will still last... O and If you have any really good cooling answer please tell me. I was thinking about putting 4 tornados but i would like some replys before I continue.

the technical die temperature is 90C. YOu should never reach this....

But, I wouldn't worry until you got over 60C.

yep thats about right dont get to worried entill you hit 60 C
if you use the stock cooling with athlons they normaly get that hot anway.

im going to be building a symlar system using 2400 xp and a ga-7vaxp mobo

im planning to use a thermaltake volcano 9 heat sink and fan its probably not the best solution for allout cooling but its good balance bettween noise and price

Keep me infomed as to how you get on
