Temp sensor on KT7-RAID (1G TBird)

Should the temp sensor under the CPU on the KT7-RAID be bent upward to touch the CPU, or is it "calibrated" at it's current distance from the CPU? The temp says 49-50C when touching, and 40C when in its original position.

hey

its better to have the temp probe touching the CPU core's as this is a much more realistic assessment of the cpu's actual temperature.

Yep... You're right. I went back to the store and 2 other KT7's had the sensors bent up. Mine must have been flattened during shipping, or something.
