Which mobo do i get for a 950 mhz Athlon slot A

I am looking for a mobo that is good for overclocking. I am looking at the Soyo SY-K7VIA Athlon ATX mobo. Let me know if its worth it. I would appreciate any help.

I am guessing you got the same email from Tigerdirect today... an AMD Athlon 950 with a Soyo K7VIA Motherboard for $199. I started looking for some info on as many sites as I could find too...
